I am very happy to be here today in connection with training programme being conducted by SIRD. This institution seems to have undergone a total transformation on the positive side under the present setup. The programmes are very purposeful and being conducted in a scientific manner. Well done, my best wishes for a better tomorrow.

A refreshing change for me to interact with young professionals from different fields yet with the motive of social work especially in rural areas development programmes run by central & state government. We need to have “watch dog” system to keep an eye for a better implementation of development projects plans for the rural areas especially. My thanks to the organisers to invite me for this workshop.
